  As I’m sitting in the booth still waiting on food we order but never received im writing this review. We order a few appetizers and 2 entrees that all came out at the same time which is not what we wanted, the appetizers were cold 2 of the appetizers were not what we ordered we sent one back and keep one but were upset that they were stale, we waited over 30 mins for one of the apps we sent back than another 30 mins for another app we never got we told them if we can get it togo but still somehow still received the wrong appetizers. The server who name was I think was Racheal might still need more training because she wasn’t very good overall very bad experience

  We visited this location right at opening and unfortunately had a pretty disappointing experience. The restaurant didn’t appear to be cleaned yet, with dirty floors, trash outside the entrance, and bathrooms that were not in good condition, which was surprising first thing in the morning. Our server was kind and did his best, and we appreciated that. However, the food took a bit longer than expected, and the boneless wings were mostly breading with very little chicken. This is our third visit to this location over the past few years, and we’ve had similar experiences each time, so it seems to be a recurring issue rather than a one-time situation. Hoping to see improvements in cleanliness and food quality in the future.

  Horrible experience - I was a loyal BDubs fan for many years. My past 3 visits to their locations include Tomball, Midland and Live Oak. All 3 visits were disappointing. The food quality has gone down and the service has been below average. The Live Oak experience was the worst - only one bartender and that same person was also working the floor. It took a while to get them to take my order, which they didn't write down - and in the middle of it they got distracted. The waiter then walked away and started talking to a friend at the bar. 10 minutes later they walked back up and asked me what I ordered. So I re-ordered. The food came out - it was only a small wing order and tots. Then after all that ... the order was wrong. The reason I gave the food a 2 start is the tots. The wings were a 0. The service was less than zero - the person could care less about their job and their customers. The attitude was bad. The attention was bad. There were only about 8 people in the whole place at 8PM ... and I know why. The 3 people at the bar were actually laughing at how pitiful it was. From the beginning to the end - everything other than the flavor of the tots was horrible. Shutter this location!

  The bartender was excellent so its not her fault this building needs helps . Bathrooms were filthy as in the condition took months of zero cleaning to get that condition. The visit was on Monday 4/6/26 going to watch the game but left and headed a diffrent location. The stench behind the bar was identical to the bathroom 🚻. Again the bartender was make the most of it but unfortunately we packed are food to go . Hey Ms Bartender your pretty good , find another place . Good luck 👍

  Everytime I go to buffs I get the absolute best service from a bartender up there named Kay. She's attentive, personable, and polite. She is constantly cleaning and wiping down areas to keep things nice and tidy for customers. She checks back in to make sure my food is good. She makes sure any game I request gets put on. She checks on me when I sit on the patio. She always informs me about specials they have running that day. OVERALL she makes my experience at Buffalos worth it. Thank you Kay!!
