  Waited 30 mins in line with a fussy toddler and had to leave because they were so backed up. No hostess to be found for the whole 30 minutes and everyone in line left. Dirty tables sitting unbussed the whole time. Severely understaffed

  So, I have a food allergy to nightshades and cannot have tomato or products with tomatoes as ingredients. Had the unlimited apps and requested awapnto ranch from marina to accommodate my allergy. Plate came with marina and I asked to swap to ranch. Waitress brought my dip and night progresses. Ordered onion rings. I know from past experiences that the restaurant cannot guarantee that tomatoes are not part of the unlisted "spices" in the bdubs sauce. Waitress asks what sauce I want (as though it's an option) and I again default to my safe option. When the check comes, I've mostly consumed the first ranch i asked for and not touched the other two that were brought. I never asked for extra ranch. Just to replace that which would have accompanied my appetizers. The waitress charged me for 3 extra ranches at $.60 each. I brought up the cost discrepancy and she said the appetizers come with a sauce that cant be substituted. I reminded her that it wasn't a substitution but an allergy accommodation. She said she'd ask the manager then proceeded to ignore me for 20 minutes. Eventually we just paid it because my partner needed to get to work.

  Fui a comer con mi familia y el pollo estaba crudo en la orden de mi niña y cuando vuelven a traerme otro plato por el problema del pollo vuelven a fallar pollo crudo mi pregunta es ellos sabrán el problema que trae comerse un pollo crudo 😔

  I don’t usually write reviews. The server himself was super nice, it was the fact that they had no host, no one to sit guests so you wait at the front for like 20 min till you end up just walking up to a table. The servers seemed stressed, and overwhelmed like there was only 3 ppl on the shift. No manager to be found. Food tasted good. This location has always been bad, almost all of them in San Antonio are, how can the resteraunt flow be so astronomically bad? Feel bad for the staff.

  I will start out. It was a Friday night and busy. However the kitchen was not on point our server did the best to accommodate us but the food quality that came out of the kitchen just ruin the experienc. There were 3 of us. We got appetizers of fried pickles, which were undercooked. We got two spicy chicken sandwiches with fries and fifteen wings and fries. The 2 spicy chicken sandwiches was a fried chicken Patty and a dry bun When I questioned this, the waiter's response was the kitchen was out of condiments and sides. The fries were stone cold, like they sat up on a hot plate, waiting for the entree to be put on our plates. Are server tried to accommodate?But the kitchen just kept dropping the ball. I don't think I'll be back Three people. Low quality food. No attention to detail.
