  Went here on Sat night, the place was dead. That should have been our first red flag to bounce. We sat at the bar and after about 15 mins finally got asked what we’d like to drink? We never got menu’s so I went on my app menu …. Never got acknowledge then finally I stopped the guy and asked if the menu on the app was the same, he said no so I said then can I get a real menu . We finally ordered , I got my 6 piece bday wings husband got something else. They come out with no ranch, utensils and no napkins we have to wait again to catch him for all that . While we were there the guy sitting next to us was given a glass with a chip and crack in it ! This place is a hot mess . speaking of hot their ac was working at 70% we heard one of the employees say this when asked if they could turn down the air .

  Service is horrible if can rate zero stars i would not one employee had any type of csr experience all workers appeared as if they were customers enjoying the games and other broadcast on tvs 15 mins to be seated and they had no waitlist plenty empty tables just no employee servicing front desk everything that was suppose to be hot was cold and what was suppose to be cold was hot i have not one good thing to say about this place other than they had tvs everywhere

  This BWW location is great, always get right in and get the most attentive and friendly service, and food is always consistently good. Key was our server and she did a wonderful job! She was attentive and anticipated our table’s needs. Nice job!

  Placed a carry out order online. We ordered the pick 6 meal for two, the system prompts you to pick your first entree, side, dressing & drink. First entree was honey bbq chicken salad, cesar dressing, potato wedges & strawberry lemonade (+$7). Second entree was 10 bone in wings, fries, ranch dip & strawberry lemonade (+$1) plus $2.64 in taxes. I overlooked the extra charges so in my mind I should of paid $19.99+ tax. Card was charged $34.63. My Son picked up our order was told they were out the strawberry lemonade so they gave us tea. Once we arrived home opened the bag there was no cesar nor ranch dressings. We didn’t get reimbursed for the 2 strawberry lemonades. Final bill should of been $29.63 the ticket doesn’t even show what the extra $5.00 charges are for. Not to mention all the additional charges of $7 that are displayed in extra small fonts while ordering. Just saying look out for all the extra charges when you order this deceitful “Pick 6 Meal for two” next time I am ordering over the phone and paying cash. 😤
