  Forget coming here if there is a Spurs game on. They kept running out of beer glasses. I even tried to order a bottle of beer and was told my order will be behind all of the other orders, so I'd still have to wait until every order in front of mine was taken care of. Very poorly managed restaurant.

  I just want to give honorable mention, praise and appreciation to Analia my Bartender she was excellent not only did she tell me about the The Wing Special when you sign up with the App but provided great customer service, answered my question’s about the menu and wing flavors with honesty lol which I appreciate tremendously. She was very kind, courteous and professional and I will most definitely recommend this place to any of my friends and will definitely be back. Excellent service and the food was fantastic and fresh. Go Buffalo Wild Wings and Go Analia!!!!

  This place is horrible the employee in front counter was so disrespectful. We ordered on the app and go in they say they aren’t able to give us food and make us wait 20 minutes for NO FOOD. Ask if we want receipts and say yes and looks at us for a whole minute straight then asks “what do yall want”, meanwhile we thought we were getting a receipt and we still ask for it and starts saying she cannot because they need it. We ended up getting receipt just no food. It’s our first time wanting to try I will not go back horrible experience. Let’s say all that money we waisted is all we had to eat for the day that would be really horrible. Now we have to wait 6-7 BUSINESS DAYS FOR REFUND. HORRIBLE never going again!.

  Just went to pick up an online order. Staff greeted me fast. I let them know I had just placed an online order in the parking lot and they offered to rush it for me and I went to sit down A young lady asked me if I wanted a drink while I waited for my online order. Great experience. Thank you
