  Today we had to order in a pinch for a work event. We needed 70 sandwiches, fries, and cookies. I called, paid, and was able to picl up within an hour of placing the order. When I arrived, everything was packed up and ready to go. Priscilla was exceptional and provided the best customer service. She was kind and patient. The inside was very clean and had quite a few people in there. As for the food, everyone was excited to try it and nobody was disappointed. The chicken was fried to perfection and the fries were delicious. I believe the managers name was Terence and he was very helpful as well. Thank y'all for coming through for our coaching staff. We will be back soon!

  Horribleeeee service time! Just went in for my third visit hopingggg third time would be a charm…NOPE! Placed an online order at 440 walked in for my order because the app said ITS BO TIME…it in fact was NOT ready. I didn’t get out of that place till 540!! While people doing walk in orders, drive thru and my ticket just sitting there not being attended too. Spoke with 3 different employees all zero help. Did everything to avoid my refund and no accommodation for any inconvenience. Because it was just that, now my husband is late for work. I won’t be coming back to this establishment. 1 hour for an online order is RIDICULOUS.

  I was very excited to try this restaurant but I was extremely disappointed. The layout of the driveway is extremely unconventional causing majority of vehicles to hit and have to drive over the tiny median as there is nowhere near enough space when turning from the ordering box to the window. We ordered two #9’s one of them a deluxe and the other a BLT. We were charged as such. However, we received two deluxe’s and not a BLT. Also, the potato rounds only come with 4 that may seem like something small to complain about given the price I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect more. This may seem like I wrote a novel over something that isn’t that serious but I was actually really excited to try something new and it was beyond disappointing. I always try to remain open minded but I do not think we’ll be returning 😭

  We have come two days in a row to this location because we live in the area. We’re having an amazing experience each time. The food is hot and fresh and tastes really good. We’ve never had Bojangles before. The staff and the employees are very friendly and really quick to help whenever needing anything. Today we are having dinner and the manager Val surprise us with a sweet treat. He is amazing! I will be back again every week 😊

  Went to the grand opening this morning the experience was not pleasant. We were informed we would receive a $25 dollar gift card to those who got there first. We waited out in the rain we missed it by 2 people but instead of just giving everyone a gift card they excluded the last few people. Then we were told they won’t start serving until about a hour later. We were ignored for 30 minutes before leaving. I am very disappointed they couldn’t have the courtesy to have better employees that would make the situation better. Instead we were ignored and left unsatisfied. I was exited for Bojangles to open. I will never go back there now! When asking an employee a question later I was ignored! Not great customer service especially for the opening day. I’m very disappointed
