First time here. Food was just okay...seemed bland. Peach honey pepper sauce was good. Baked Mac was very good. Service was great. Window cashier had a smile that came through in her voice. Very helpful.

It’s time to give Bojangles a second chance. When they first opened, the food was beyond trash. This is now my third time eating Bo’s this week. It’s time to change that review and give this place the a second chance and the new recognition it now deserves.

Love Bo's ! I lived in Charlotte NC many years ago, a few blocks down from the first one! The food is great and my wife is a convert! Thanks for coming to San Antonio!

4.5 ⭐️ I’m from NC, and grew up with Bojangles. The fries needed a little bit more of the seasoning but were freshly made along with the chicken strips. This location does not have the bone in fried chicken. The boberry biscuits were delicious 🤤

I’ll start with the good. The menu items seemed expensive, but once you see the portion size on some of the items you might think it justified. My chicken biscuit was huge compared to, say, a Chick-fil-A one; not to mention the strips that my guest had. Although the chicken sandwich I took to go was average sized. Speaking of the chicken biscuit though, the meat was tender and flavorful. No complaints there. At first the biscuit didn't seem the best (1 also had a biscuit by itself); it seemed dry on the outside. However, once you take your bite you forget all about the outside. Now you focus on the soft, tasty inside. Now the bad. Not sure if my cashier woman was new, but she messed up half the order. I wanted a combo, but she ringed me for just a chicken biscuit. Then I wanted a chicken sandwich entree, and she totally left it out. I spoke correctly and clearly, even asked my guest after if they indeed heard me mention everything. Now she did repeat the order, however in a low voice and sort of mumbling. It kinda sounded right (its my first time there and | don't know how they ring thing up) so | hesitantly confirmed. However, when she grabs the drink for my guest, she's asks me again (after I paid) if I wanted a drink. "I'll just give you one." "Didn't it come with one?" After she realized that she mistook what I was asking for, she tried to add what I wanted separately on a different ticket. I didn't want to complicate things further so l just said to keep it as is. She tried to give me a free cup anyway, but | didn't want it. So l just ate my chicken biscuit and ordered something to go. I want to add though that the cashier wasn't rude at all, just confused. In conclusion, the food grabs your attention and while the employees are friendly, full competency was lacking this time. But give it a try, this customer service experience of mine could just be a fluke.
