Walked up to the counter and a "where's waldo" looking guy with Harry Potter glasses on the other side of the counter, stares at us and I tell him my daughter wants 1 scoop in a cup. He proceeds to get the cup & scoop, and slams it on the counter in front of us so fiercely, that we're both in shock. Then I tell him what I want in a cone, he goes and messes with the cone for a while, comes back scoops it, and shoves it in my hand to where I almost dropped it. (The way he was obviously over acting, makes me feel he was baiting us to get us angry, probably so he could use a hidden camera to capture it and post it on youtube.) He cashes us out, without a word. At home I finish the cone and go into a coughing fit and asthmatic situation. I think he may have done something to that cone, as it took him forever to come back with it before putting ice cream in it. Just as I'm writing this I'm fighting to breath without coughing. I could be wrong, but if so, it sure was a coincidence that this started as soon as I was done. Their ice cream is pretty soft, it's probably not frozen enough because they're being lazy and turned down their freezers because they don't want to scoop hard ice cream. This could be allowing Bactria to grow in their ice cream, which could be the issue here.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
