- AFAndrea FossasApr 25, 20261.0Showed up at 9:30pm when the establishment was supposed to be open til 10pm. They only had about 10 flavors set out, I thought BR was supposed to be 31 flavors?! We counted the spots on the fridge and there’s only room for 24. Anyway, the attendant was very blunt and said “you’re paying with card? Cause I already closed the register.” We stayed and ordered bc kids really wanted ice cream but several more customers came in and were treated as poorly, with some coming in around 9:50 and finding no ice cream in the cabinet cause the workers had put everything away. Definitely needs new management or staff, not worth your time or money!

Customer service has always been good and food delicious as well. Workers were attentive. Super nice to my kids who had questions about the different flavors and even went to go get napkins for us since they had ran out. Overall, always happy with our ice cream/donuts dates with the wife and kiddos

I’ve never had a pleasant experience without one issue or another with an order. I don’t post negative reviews unless I just can’t keep quiet. I’ve given them multiple tries over the years. Never again. What a wasted investment. Could be doing so much better and actually be providing something to the community. Win win.

How will I get my birthday rewards?

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
