  I am a regular customer here when I come to Abilene. We live in Loving,Tx. This evening, the assistant manager I believe maybe the manager was busy. She was running the window and helping everyone it appeared. However, she made me feel like I was the only customer this month! That is special, rare and definitely noticed. She had sweat on her forehead and a smile on her face. I think Patricia possibly? Please congratulate her for being a blessing today! Thank you ma’am.

  This place is slow. I am thinking they just don't have enough employees. Avoid the drive through because once your trapped you cant get out. 20 min in a drive through is just insane. I for one will not return. I wish Google would let me respond to their follow-up. Id point out that it's as fake as the meet they try to pass off as real. Don't get me wrong, it's delicious but, fake.

  Manager Jade whoever hired her was smart. She’s such a sweat lady, such great Customer Service definitely goes above and beyond so the customer is happy. The food is great it’s clean. Great job Arby’s
