- OCozzie castroApr 6, 20261.0The staff that work here, are extremely unprofessional, customer service is extremely lack luster, so I can understand why they are 3.9 stars, dress code is extremely disgusting. We Give this place a chance every couple weeks and still the same outcome, so obviously the owner or whoever runs the business, must have the same outlook on things. From answering the phone, to the looks they give you at the register, to staff sagging their pants with their underwear hanging out. For a popular business, you would think they would have stronger work ethic and policy. Reason why my family orders out sometimes. But unfortunately were going to the give the other wing stop across town a chance instead.

There's unspoken standards to flats/drums counts. Minimum of 50/50, hoping for 75/25, but settle for 60/40. They were good but stuck me with all drums.

We called Wing stop and they made this right and within 25 minutes we had the rest of our delivery hot and fresh. And we made sure the additional driver was tipped and wingstop handled that! Thank you wingstop for handling this the best way possible. In the past other places have pointed the blame on door dash and not solved our problem. We will definitely continue business with you!
- SMSierra MaureenJan 31, 20261.0Ordered take out on 01/30/26 at 11pm. Our entire order was wrong except the sides, didn't receive our bone in wings or the right flavors or count. When I called to get it fixed the manager on duty said "well you can just wait til tomorrow to get it fixed" and laughed and hung up. Not to mention my order was sitting to the side when I got there and it took 15 minutes for anyone to get to the register to assist my brother so by the time we received the food it was cold.
