  What an absolute nightmare experience! Visiting from out of town and this Wendy's is worse than where we are from and that's a statement! Ordered our food and we ALWAYS make sure we got what we paid for before we leave and they missed a small burger and the lady at the window was.......... I guess "decent" about having to get us the burger, but the lady that was packing the food was loud enough that I heard her she say "I know they were all there i counted them". It amazes me they think we were trying to "steal" a $3 burger, they were all huffin and puffin and just extremely miserable. If you don't like your job, get a different one. Should be thankful that you have a job. You definitely put a bad reputation on that experience. I will happily take my money, time and energy some place else. I hope those workers can find peace and happiness and find their blessings where others don't have.

  Food wasn’t too bad except for asking for extra mayo and not even having the normal amount of mayo there was a small dot of mayo that didn’t even look spread or anything, the customer service however was terrible, i was sitting at the first window of the drive thru and instead of someone being there there was no one so i waited in case they had just walked away but instead a young boy comes over looks up and goes on his phone completely ignoring me then walks away again. It i’ve been a different story if the young man had just opened the window and told me he couldn’t help and to go to the next window but no he was on his phone. Then at the second window the woman barely even glanced at me, tries handing me my drink jsut to snatch it away to remake it which again wouldn’t have been a problem if she explained instead of just snatching it away with no words, even when i talked andsaid thank you still not a single word from the woman. I used to work in fast food and know this is not how you are supposed to treat customers.

  The manager karen. Verbally attacked me and spoke like I was a child or criminal. All I wanted was to get a single cup of cheese. This women is not management material.

  Going through the drive thru, asked to replace the fries in my combo meal with spicy nuggets and they refused, saying we can only replace the fries with the baconator fries or a potato. I went ahead and got a potato as well as an extra side of spicy nuggets but the girl taking our order was a bit impolite in the way she spoke to us. Otherwise, the order we recieved was correct and came out relatively fast.
