  Formal complaint filed, corporate and the general manager for the location due for follow-up: Taco Bell 032722, 1901 N Bryant San Angelo, TX 76903. Complaint is severe and when staff working the evening shift on April 23, 2026 state they have no corporate or bosses to answer to when they mess up so they do what they want is very concerning. This statement was made by "Katie," who represented herself as the manager along with another female who stated that they don't have to provide their names. Both females have dirty blonde hair and overweight since names were refused so providing physical descriptions. Complaint involves poor customer service, missing items ordered and staff with management failing to provide the correct order. Staff and management failed to read the order and clearly have lack of literacy skills when reading since I had to read them the receipt. Additional information of what I saw management and staff doing together in the back area of the kitchen as well was provided to Taco Bell corporate office and the Better Business Bureau.

  Had to go back because they forgot my order. Called before to tell them what we were missing, and they laughed about how busy they were. First and second time we were there, they obviously weren’t. Could’ve remembered the order if they had just put the actual food in the box combos we ordered, but instead just threw everything into one bag. Very ashamed, they weren’t even making the missing food when i got there. My dad had to wait to eat. Drive thru guy was pretty chill

  Shift supervisor cursing at employees, employees dropping the F bomb, employees talking about customers going through drive thru commenting on female physical appearances. To top it off, long wait on order. Tuesday, Mar 24 at 7:05pm

  My wife and I just wanted a little something to hold us over until dinner time. Personally, I haven't been at this location for a few years because of bad service in the past, but that was NOT the case today! From the moment I started ordering at the drive-thru, he offered a suggestion because what I first asked for wasn't available. I also asked for one mild sauce packet for my wife. I decided on something else instead of taking his suggestion, and asked for no cheese. When we got to the window, he was nice, the food was hot and immediately ready AND... it was EXACTLY as ordered, right down to having the ONE sauce packet in the bag as well as plenty of napkins for our hot messy food. Very appreciative for a crew that puts pride in doing it right!
