  If you want a sandwich from this place, do not ever get it delivered. When I opened the sack, there was leakage from the sandwich itself, from the wet cucumbers, a quarter inch of mayonnaise, and the avocado resulting in the bread getting completely saturated. Also, I had asked for provolone cheese they gave me American and maybe six small pieces of chicken and a bag of stale chips for over $30! I am handicapped, I do not drive. Therefore, I need to have everything delivered. Not at this company cares how many people they lose they still have other people that they can screw.

  Only one person working! Slowest subway I have ever been to, and the second employee was just walking around not helping.

  I came to this establishment after a long shift and ordered a ft long and a 6in they wrote down the order and I ordered 2 vitamin waters...they had me pay then told me they didn't have vitamin water..and then they came to ask about the sandwiches after writing the order down i asked them to toast the ft long and the 6inch they did not toast it and they messed up the 6 in 0/10 and will not be back.

  This is directly towards the crew members that worked on march 1, 2026 between 4:50 and 5:30. My order was for Crystal Barrera, 2 footlongs; simple ingredients, 4 condiments, and Extra toasted.After getting home I opened my sandwiches and they were both completely incorrect. So I drive back to the restaurant, go through the drive-thru tell them it's incorrect, Hand back the two incorrect sandwiches, give the receipt with the ingredients, condiments, and toasting instructions. I'm so busy I forget to check before driving off. I get home and ONCE AGAIN BOTH INCORRECT. I'm dead at this point. I don't go back, I take off the extra ingredients, add my own condiments and eat while pissed off. You had the ticket with the instructions on how to make my sandwiches and couldn't follow through. I might as well have made my own sandwiches.... Come on, with other restaurants going downhill you would think you would rise above, but I guess not.... So sad. No leadership, no management, no integrity, no initiative, just bad service...
