  So much for half price drinks in the app. Stupid move for sonic to remove this. I place my own order and make the payment myself. I suppose next you want me to come inside and make my drink and fill it up with ice?? Sorry sonic, you are not worth it! Now if I want a drink, I will be pushing the button, speaking to a human and paying cash so your runner can go get my change. You guys own this one!🫵👎

  Every time I come to this Sonic, Mary Alice is my carhop. She never smiles, never reads my order, never tells me my total, and somehow always gives me a dirty look. I came with my sister and we couldn't hear who was taking our order because the headset was cutting out and we told them and they were getting frustrated with us. Fate brought out our second order and she did everything perfectly. I used to work at sonic and we would never be allowed to treat customers the way Mary Alice does every. single. time. Knickerbocker location would never let this happen.
