- TSTaylor SeniorApr 20, 20261.0I placed a DoorDash pickup order at this location on Sunday, April 19th. After waiting approximately 30 minutes, we went inside to collect the order, only to be informed that someone else had already picked it up.. even though the DoorDash app still indicated that the order was not ready. The staff initially offered to remake the order, so we returned to our car to wait. After another 20 minutes, we went back inside and were then told they could no longer remake the order. The explanation given was that another individual had come in and provided the same name and order details. However, this seems highly unlikely, especially since when I first arrived, I was not asked for any verification beyond the name, no order number or proof of purchase was requested. We are now working with DoorDash customer support to request a refund, but unfortunately, we are being met with resistance as if the order had been properly received. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing, and I hope it can be addressed appropriately. They could have just remade the order.

Then before I could say much he hung up and when I got my order it was barely cut and over cooked and barely any topping which is ridiculous it was an hr before closing I get you wanna go home asap but that's not how you treat customers . Waste of my money for sure .

I decided to leave and go to Pizza Hut down the road and got a pizza instantly
