not really a representation of Australian cuisine! They need to research what Aussie's really eat. The only thing 'Australian' at outback is the city names they use on there menu. How do I know? Australian born and bread with over 40years experience being an Aussie in Australia and, Just moved to the US. This is an American steakhouse wrapped in an aussie flag for marketing....
