  Third time they gave me cold fries. I went inside and asked for warm fries and they literally gave me more cold fries. Over $20 for a couple of meals that was cold.

  It was really loud with kids running in and out getting refills from being in the play area. The staff was kinda rude. The one that took my order was anyways. I was 12 cents short yes 12 cents and he acted like I was waisting his time tryinto dig it out my purse. I got down to 2 cents being all I was lacking and I asked him if he could let me slide on the 2 cents. I had absolutely zero more money. He would not. I had to change my order at that point and he rolled his eyes when I said we'll take off the drink and just give me a water. I apparently annoyed the man by being broke. But what he didn't know is I had not eaten in 2 days cause of financial reasons and that money was literally all I had. He made me feel small and like him on his shoe

  I went at 12:15 and I had already placed my order via the app about 10 minutes before I showed up. The parking lot was really tight and really busy and I had a hard time getting out of the curbside pickup spot once I finally got my food. It definitely was not ready when I got there. I went inside to check on it and then they actually started it and told me they would bring it out and THEN they brought it without my drinks. I finally went inside and got it myself. It was pretty annoying the whole entire experience and then the food was terrible on top of it. I was really looking forward to those fries and they get two thumbs down. For as expensive as it is these days, it was awful.

  I came in at about 9 pm on March 19th. I was walking in with my family( mind you I had a 9 year old with me),we were ordering at the kiosk. A lady comes in complaining about how she has been waiting for 30 minutes and no one has checked up on her, she received no apology, or compensation for her wait. She even took her incomplete order. As soon as she leaves one of the workers in the back talk about how they should beat that woman, how her husband should beat her and start talking about her inappropriately. The things they were saying were disgusting, stuff that shouldn't be said at a McDonald's playplace just saying. I understand there's rushes and it's hard to keep up but the behavior displayed by these employees is DISGUSTING.

  Horrible service at these places , people pay extra for fast food for it to be fast not to have to sit for 20 to45 min to get ypur order, tell you pull around and wait when this supposed to be a fast food joint. Shouldn't take your payment until you get your order if that's going to be the norm . Got these managers pushing customers through the line getting payment to show orders completed and forcing ypu to wait while giving orders to call ins to make it look like they have a revolving door of orders being paid for and sent out to pad there numbers to get bigger bonuses, before all the covid bull your service was quick ypu paid and sat there until u got ypur order within 5 mins now you pay and wait 20 to 45 min today I put in a order at 3:04 pm it's 3:40 pm and still no order
