Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun.     This place has gone down hill i always wait at least 30 minutes for my food and it's not even fresh so what am I waiting on. And the manager thinks shes real cute laughing that people are waiting so long and not giving a crap . Someone needs to step in and straighten these kids out

    This was awful tonight. We spent almost 30 minutes in the drivethrough. The food was alright. Drink was forgotten, requested extra ketchup, and none was given. Sweet tea was spot on though!

    The manager here is very rude and not welcoming and no good customer service on her part. Had a sandwich made wrong twice, one not fresh the other not how I asked, and I was not told “I’m so sorry ma’am my apologies, hopefully we can get it right next time” none of that…barely even looked at me just got the money for my refund and barely said anything, very unsatisfactory and will not be returning. Customer service stays fumbling..
