Appearantly this is a common occurrence at this location. They could do better. It wasn't even busy at the time we went. There were no other cars in the drive thru. Sad customer service.

I like going through Uber eats because of the deals and I just finished my night of delivering and wanted to eat and go home. That is completely unacceptable. Imagine if that was for delivery and the customer would probably blame me for the food being cold.

- BMBilly MontOct 29, 20253.0I ordered from the one on Bryant I ordered a baconator with no ketchup and no mustard but with all that comes with it with mayonnaise on it,I got home and noticed that it didn't have mayonnaise on it as I ordered, I tried to call their phone line and it doesn't work, I called the other store to ask if they had the number, the manager told me that the line was down and asked me what can she help me with,I told her like 3 times about my order and she still didn't understand what I was talking about and then asked where was the burger I told her,it here with me at the apartment as I already told her that I just got home and told me to take it back to the store,I told her I take the bus and no I'm not going to take the bus and back, but the other manager on Sherwoodway is rude, but the Bryant location should fix the phone and make sure the burger is made right just saying
