He politely asked if his burger could be made without cheese, but the cashier said all their burgers “must come with cheese” and couldn’t customize it — which was surprising since most places can easily make small adjustments. Then, when our order was ready, the cashier called my husband’s name twice. Since he was busy taking his afternoon pills, I went to pick it up for him, but the cashier refused to hand it to me just because the name wasn’t mine. I had to ask my husband to get up just to claim the food — even though the dining area only had about six people inside. To top it off, the floor was wet, and some tables had spilled water that no one bothered to clean or dry. Overall, the staff seemed inattentive and not very welcoming. Definitely not the kind of experience we expected from Wendy’s.
