Idk who the chick is working the window but her attitude was so horrible I straight up drove off in the middle of the order. Maybe if she would stop interrupting she would actually put the order in right and I wouldn’t have to keep correcting her. The manger there probably promotes this. Thankfully I didn’t have to talk to her this time but I have had the displeasure of dealing with her attitude a few times while ordering and she’s just as bad.
Interior is normally pretty sticky and portal wiped down.
Half the time the order isn’t even right. I only get 3 things and they always forget something.

Came here to 1901 n bryant blvd san angelo texas taco bell on December 31st around 630 p.m. Went to window received our online order and pulled around to check to get out of drive thru for next customer. Items were missing. Ok no problem. Pulled into parking lot to get off to go inside to get the the rest. Lobby doors are locked. Some people sitting in there. Noone comes to door. No sign. Ok go into drive thru again. Line of car ahead of me. Tell them I just came through and im missing items and lobby is closed. She proceeds to say to pull forward and gets off the intercom. Ok pulled forward a tad because cars infront of me, cant move much. I have my windows rolled down some and am talking to my passenger. Stating that its kind of b.s that I have to sit and wait in line again for food they forgot to give me. Saying not sure why the lobby is closed etc but its ridiculous and b.s. The worker or the manager is believe then proceeds to get onto the intercom and speak out saying you know I can hear you right. Took me a second to realize the lady on the intercom was talking to me. Then proceeds to tell me to get out of her drive thru and im not getting my food and she'll call the cops. She then stated she was the manager when I asked. Cant remember her name but she had a face full of caked on makeup with red hair. I said I dont care go ahead call the cops ,I need either a refund or my food thats already paid for. Said to her that im not sure why the lobby is closed etc and that i shouldnt have to wait in a line for food i should have already had. Not sure how she expected me to get out of the drive thru. There was a car behind me and multiple infront of me. She had me trespassed because she was having a bad day and decided to target a customer. Thats pretty crazy if you ask me. I never once called her any bad names . She reached out to provoke the situation when I was in my vehicle minding my business talking to my passenger. After all that they still forgot my burrito. Id really like for corporate to get involved or the owner because these measures were extreme and she was just being dramatic and petty about the entire situation and most likely she was already mad she had to work on new years eve .Keep an eye on your management if more people start to get trespassed for
Obsurd reasons then you know the problem lies within.

Got our whole order wrong. Asked to take off spicy stuff and paid extra to have extra nacho cheese and there was no extra and anything. Plus left all the spicy stuff on our burritos.
