Each combo had different customizations. When we picked the order up, it was ALL dumped carelessly in one big bag, with the little bags (cinnamon twists, chips) spilled out into the big bag. NOTHING was separated by order, NO boxes, and NOTHING was MARKED!! I thought I could at least pick my burrito out, because I had ordered it "grilled" - but after opening all 3, I found that NONE of them were grilled! And which one had no beans?? I had to open every.single.item. Only to find that none of us got the entire combo as we had ordered it. It was very frustrating, and after I finally got the orders separated as good as possible, and all the chips/twists put back in their little bags, I realized there were no green sauce packets, which I had PAID for! Plus, there was hardly any cheese on anything! Skimpy serving sizes. Very unpleasant experience - frustrated - hangry - disapointed. NOT the first time.

- TMt ManeSep 28, 20251.0I have gone to this many times when I’m Taco Bell I’m Pullium Street in San Angelo Texas. The service is horrible. The food is horrible and I’m completely fed up this. This one needs new management and a whole new crew. Somebody really needs to get in here and fix this Taco Bell or close it down and I need a refund because I’m tired of this. I ordered the cantina chicken power bowl didn’t even get any chicken and got the three tacos barely got meat. This is this is crazy new management needs to be put in place cause this one’s had a lot of problems for the last couple of years.
