  This was just pure laziness, manager was no help at all. No refund for a FL I paid for because my husband took it to work with him out of town to only found out there was absolutely no meat in this sandwich.

  So I went into this store couple weeks ago and got some sandwiches I started talking to the girl that was working and asked if she was alone because she had waited on 3-4 other people before me and Never saw anyone to come out and help, she told me that No she was working till close by HERSELF, then started telling me she is only 16, and everyone had called in so she had to do it alone. I asked if no one could help why didn’t the manager or distract mgr anyone come help or Close the store, she just said the Company wouldn’t do that and so I mentioned I was going email corporate office because I’m a mom and grandma and theirs no way I would want my 16 yr old be working ALONE at NIGHT it was about 8 pm. So I emailed corporate and got email back today that they are short handed and they give all their employees Protocols to FOLLOW TO STAY SAFE, well she might have been trained but what about the people that don’t follow Protocols their not going to care , I think with their being 8 SUBWAYS in San Angelo that if a 16 yr old was going have be by HERSELF that the company could afford to CLOSE for that night instead of taking the chance , But that’s just me . But if Subway would rather let a 16 yr old work ALONE at DARK that I would rather spend my hardworking money at a COMPANY that CARES for their EMPLOYEES so their are other SANDWICH STORES here so that’s where I will go to anyone EXCEPT SUBWAY.
