Every time I end up coming to this McDonald’s. The girls do not want to Work or do their job right There’s always something wrong I don’t not know why there’s even a manager. If he’s not going to do his job right Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves as an employee

Just trash services, I normally order from a different McDonalds due to how often this location gets orders wrong and slow service. Tonight I checked google and the McDonald’s app to see what time they close, both reliable sources says Midnight. The app said the curbside closest at 10pm and Drive-thru closed at 11pm but the inside was open until midnight. Of course when I got there EVERYTHING was closed. I already purchased my food through the app. I could not get a refund because the mobile app said my food was being prepared…by who…idk. I pulled around to window, I saw two workers cleaning in the back, I honked my horn to their attention to see why they are closed but just like they did the customer in front of me, they completely ignored us because they knew they was wrong. Morale of the story is don’t trust this McDonald’s, drive the extra a mile or 2 to get food somewhere else

Ordered in the drive thru , got up to the window and the lady handed me a bag that was the completely wrong order, I informed her immediately and I was told they dont have my order and id have to go back through and order and pay again. No apology or offer to help the situation at all
