I don't understand why I had to wait over 25 minutes just to get me a basket of fries and 20 chicken nuggets.... There's nobody in the lobby.. maybe management should rethink how they do things inside of this McDonald's

If you are in a hurry and want to go here then please dont. I could run 3 laps through the other one on Bryant and probably 5 through any chick fil a in the time it takes here.

Mercedes and Jarrod the managers need some better professionalism and customer service. I ordered curbside and waited but after 30min I decided to go through the drive through since it wasn't that busy. The person at the drive through didn't know there was a curbside pickup so I gave them my order number and waited another 10min in the line. Once I got to the window they had my food waiting but as soon as I was about to pull out I noticed they forgot a happy meal so I stopped at the window and waited again for them to make it. I told my wife quickly look through the bags and also noticed they forgot a 20count nugget so I pulled around and went inside to wait again for someone who then made the 20 count for me and I left. When I got home I checked over everything again and yet again they forgot 2 medium French fry. I called and talked to the manager Mercedes and after explaining everything she said I can come back and get them and she'd even throw in a free 20 piece nugget for my time and said she would put my name in the chat and I could come back to get my order so I told her I spent about a hr waiting I might as well go back now and pick them up and she kind of hesitated and said ok and was about to hang up so I said wait don't you need my name? She said "oh yeah" so I gave her my name and said I was on my way. Once I got there I asked for the manager and heard them call for Mercedes but she didn't come the other manager Jarrod came and just said "What's up?" I said can I talk to the manager and he replied "I'm a manager" and just looked at me. I explained I called and talked to Mercedes and said she said she would put my info in the chat. He kind of looked on his phone and then back at me and he didn't go ask Mercedes and didn't see any info on his phone so I just explained the whole situation and then he was like "So what are you missing?" I told him just 2 medium frys. He said "Just 2 medium frys that's it" I said yes and he went to get them and I left without the nuggets Mercedes said she would give me for the whole mess up. I'm not mad about the nuggets and I understand that it's fast food and McDonalds it's just the principal about it. I spent over a hour waiting for food when it could have simply have been fixed if the managers would have be more communicated with their workers it wasn't just 1 or 2 mess ups but 4. There needs to obviously be a change in management
