Missing a big mac and ice cream cone. Focus was in the drive thru. Dining area was dirty, napkins, french fries, old drinks, trays on multiple tables. Teas containers were empty and sticker had last made at 12:30 pm. Last time I will be going to this McDonald's. Pathetic employees

GOD-AWFUL service, tried getting them to understand my order three different times over 45 minutes, and still got it wrong. They are BEYOND LOST. Seems like nearly every other person was frustrated and upset about something wrong with their order. They need to do better, this is not acceptable.
