    This specific location can not get it to gether burnt muffin for breakfast and no salt on the fries at lunch and why do they make you pull up when no one else is there???

    Horrible customer service from the GM. Because of this, McDonald’s as a whole will not be getting a penny out of me ever again, they can’t sub sausage for a hash brown and they want to charge $2 even though I don’t eat meat due to being vegetarian. The employee said I could swap it out he even put a special request, but that GM said it’s not allowed, she needs to train her employees better. This is upsetting. I will never eat at this McDonald’s and neither will many people I know. Oh and also, I got the dang sandwich anyway but no hash brown (for the McGriddle) so I was annoyed and said charge me the hash brown and the GM had a smirk like as if to say “yeah I won and you’re gonna give me your money” which was horrible. Oh and she made sure to point at her shiny badge when she said she was a GM, lol.

    A gentleman named helped me at McDonald’s today and did an amazing job. He was fast, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. The food was fresh and delicious, and his professionalism really stood out. I believe he’s a shift leader, and he clearly takes pride in his work.
