Very rude, had him on speakerphone the whole time I was trying to get a prescription transferred from another city to which he informed me that he wouldn’t do it, right after he had been dishonest with one Of the pharmacy text there about my prescription. I called him out on it politely and asked him to correct the situation, he got upset, so I called the main manager at the store who went and watched him call it in, and then the main manager called me back and told me assured me it had been done. Robert then kept calling me to tell me he would never allow me to fill a prescription there again. Very dishonest, not forthright, and not able to ban a customer for simply trying to make sure their prescription is being handled Correctly. Terrible experience.

There were two coupon issues that could’ve easily been pushed through (like they would at most other stores that I’ve been to), but the employee and manager had to doublecheck this one dollar coupon. I ended up getting it regardless, no $ lost or added, but with a slightly different item (that was not specified by the coupons, but only listed on the app), and 20 minutes of my time wasted… Did the dollar or a specific of the item matter to me? No, but they did insist that they had to make it exactly right for their system… I’m not sure who is training these guys, but most H-E-Bs put the customer first and reduce the waste of time…
