Ok here we go guys. Bn coming here for last 5 yrs. We have made ourselves well known at this store. Due to them following us around. An at times pulling us out of line. To have a manager personally check us out. Due to them saying we were a red flag to them. Due to our large amount of red meat an groceries we would have. It was racist on how we would get treated . As years gone by we learned to look the other way. Even though we faced tons of embarrassment on how we were treated in front of other customers. We always come bout every 3 weeks an get our usual. An part of that is we spend a 1000.00 on meat each time. It's like clock work..we went in bout a week ago. We started out at the butchery with our meat order. We started by getting all 4 sections of the beef ribs they display. Korean rub, an 3 other flavors we enjoy. We asked to have wrapped in wax paper, as always...the man that attended us was a tall Hispanic male elderly with white hair. It was our first time seeing an using him for our order. The ribs looked great they had lots of meat on them. An we were happy to be purchasing them. We found weird he tookem all to the back an said he would get them wrapped. Remind you, the other gentleman every time did the wrapping there in front of us, while conversating. While he was gone doing that. Another gentleman continued to help us, with the rest of our order. The other guy took 20 mins or longer to return with our beef ribs. We didn't think much of it. Until today wen I pulled out some those ribs to cook. An im looking at them realizing, the quality of product was not the same at all. These looked like scraps. Very little meat on any of them. An some were just the bone with cartilage. This older Hispanic gentleman took wat we were gonna buy n switched them. With cheaper an poorer quality of ribs. An this is a scam to discount himself with wat should of bn ours. While we paid full price for meat scraps. I called to report this issue today. An while talking to managers I got hung up on. I git transferred to a manager that answered the phone but wouldn't speak. He just kept moving the phone around with no response. Finally , I kept calling back. An git Matt a manager on phone. To practically not being tooken serious. All he said was do a survey. An make sure I shared pics on the meat. I honestly gotta say something has to be going on at this store. When folks can't afford there own groceries. An they go to the extreme to scam the hard working American. To feed themselves. . An while reporting this. We are not tooken serious an being ignored an hung up on. It was so frustrating dealing with this kind treatment. This cannot be tooken lightly. When you got workers scamming the customers for there own benefits. I will return to take picture of this gentleman to share on my survey aswel. This survey is directly to this older Hispanic man in the butchery department. An to the poor response of managers working at this location. Do better please. As a customer I demand it guys...yall done lots of wrong with us. An enough is enough..

My favorite grocery store in San Angelo, they deliver good curbside service, have a large parking lot, a wonderful array of products, the pharmacy staff are nice and helpful, the produce is always fresh, and the bathrooms are always very clean. Generally a wonderful store to frequent for your regular household needs. Pictured is the front, as it was recently painted to a lovely green.
