The guy who called lectured me about it. — Fast forward 3 days and I’m here picking up my small curbside order. I’m here 5 minutes before my scheduled pickup time of 5PM. 20 minutes later and they’re still shopping for my small order. — Don’t call and lecture and threaten cancelling my orders if I’m not on time if you can’t have my order ready on time. HEB, that is called a double-standard and you failed me once again for the 20th time.

The grocery manager is absolutely incredible checkout manager is actually incredible he's got a really hard job.. But I'm so tired of having to buy my groceries because my bags were not put in my cart and I'm getting tripped because they were so confident I absolutely should not have to double check my bags as I put them in my vehicle. This is the third time this year that I have to shop back for the ingredients. I get this to work five stars earlier but I have to retract now because this is the third or fourth time that I didn't get all my groceries there was absolutely four people there talking about Valentine's Day and they did not flag us down walking away I am so sick of it I've had to call the hotline and then my groceries are not saved I have to reshop my last review was nothing but incredible but I'm so tired of having to come back and pick up my groceries and reshop
