I visited the store intending to order three pizzas, only to be told by the employee on duty that I could not place an order in person and had to use the online app. When I asked for help navigating the app, she refused to assist me. I then asked if she could just take my order directly, and she flat-out said she didn’t want to do it. That kind of attitude is completely unprofessional and reflects poorly on your brand. I ended up taking my business elsewhere, and frankly, I don’t plan on returning unless there’s a serious improvement in how customers are treated. I hope this matter is addressed and that your staff is reminded that customers should be treated with respect—not turned away or dismissed. If this is the level of service you intend to maintain, it won’t be long before you lose more business in this town.
