We placed our order 9 mins before halftime and received it midway through the 3rd quarter. The food was somewhat warm and was like chewing a tire..it must’ve been microwaved…We informed the waitress and told her we realize it isn’t her fault (we all tipped 20%), but management should be held responsible…waitresses are losing money because of the kitchen…

When we arrived there was tables empty here and there so they were not slammed. Ordered fried pickles and there was like 8 pickle slices in the tray. Ordered food and it took FOREVER to get it. Our waitress seemed like she didn't want to be there, and after the 5th or 6th time of being asked if we were still good I finally asked about our food being ready, which I was answered back with "it should be close" (mind you this is about 45 minutes after I ordered.) and she didn't care to go check or anything. We received the food roughly about 50-55 minutes after our order. The food was decent, and at least it was made correctly. Wasn't a big fan of this location though. I have been to much better B-dubs.

I waited until 12:45 watching other to go orders come and go, and when I get home to finally eat, the food is cold, the Parmesan garlic wings are barely sauced, and my bottle of Parmesan garlic tastes rancid.
