  We are fairly new 7 Brew fans but have been coming to this location consistently for the last month since it opened. The wait is often long but the workers have always been friendly so being patient isn't a burden. That changed today(1/26/26). There were 6 cars in line ahead of me when I pulled into the drive-through, 3 in each lane. The girl taking orders took the order of the two cars ahead of me then walked in front of my car across to the other lane and started taking orders from those cars which had been there before me so I was fine with that. Just before she finished with the 4th car I had watched her take an order from, another vehicle pulled into the other lane. When the worker finished with the 4th car she started walking toward the new car that had just pulled up. I rolled my window door and politely said "Hi! We haven't put our order in yet." She gave me an annoyed look and said "Oh, I'll be there in a minute" and continued to the new car. I still had my window down so I heard the woman in the new car say "They were here before me" while pointing to my car. The worker said "I'll go ahead and take your order since I'm here". I'm not sure why she didn't mind going out of her way for the other cars because they had gotten there first but I was not worth the hassle. And I get that they can't always keep up with the order of customers arriving but she was told by two of us that I had been there first. I will be trying out a different location in the future.

  Got a chiller 100% positive they forgot all the flavors not just one. Was ice milk and slight coffee taste. Waste of money. ( got a cookie butter with cinnimon added) I could at least understand missing one ...but all of them...ridiculous.

  I just have to give a huge shoutout to Audrey at 7 Brew! She is hands down one of the friendliest and most genuine people I’ve ever met in a drive-thru. Every single time I come by, she greets me with the biggest smile and brings so much positive energy that it instantly brightens my day. She always makes sure my order is perfect, offers great recommendations! Audrey truly goes above and beyond for every customer. She takes the time to chat, makes you feel valued, and keeps the experience fun and uplifting. It’s clear she loves what she does and cares about the people she serves. Employees like her are rare she’s the reason I keep choosing 7 Brew over anywhere else. If you see Audrey working, you’re guaranteed a great drink and an even better start to your day! 7 Brew is seriously lucky to have her!
