  That was the saddest looking banana split I have ever seen!! It looked like they mixed all three toppings at the bottom of the bowl, added the ice cream, then topped with the banana. Why did I get an upside down banana split? Is that their normal way of making them?

  It's pretty chaotic in here. No customer service at the front for a good bit. Then when she came out, waited on the person in front of me, then she waited on the person behind me and skipped me completely. This had been my go-to when running errands, but each time I go it's just a little worse than the last. This trip was my last, I guess.

  DQ in SA is the worst out of all the DQs in Texas. CSR was rude. Food sucks. Usually lukewarm warm or melted ice cream This last time I was missing ice cream. And when you pay 4-5 dollars for a small I expect it filled. Just reflects the people who run and own the place. Sad.

  Pulled up through the drive through and the guy on intercom sounded like they did not want to be there and or hates their job, was not greeted and was rushed on my order followed by not being told a total or a thank you for my order. The job is a choice and not being forced on the staff at this location, hope and pray they do better after this review.
