  I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service experience. Trying to resolve an issue with my order turned into a frustrating, time-wasting ordeal. There is no clear way to reach an actual person—just an endless loop of automated prompts that don’t address real problems. It feels like the system is designed to block customers rather than help them. When something goes wrong with an order, the expectation is simple: timely and effective support. Instead, I was met with an impenetrable wall of automation that made it nearly impossible to get a resolution. For a company of this size, this level of inaccessibility and lack of accountability is unacceptable. Until they fix their customer support system and make it easier to get real help, I can’t recommend ordering from here.

  Had the best Chipotle quesadilla ever. The girl--I think her name was Rain?--provided excellenet service, seemed to care about portions more than any other Chipotle I've visited, and we even pulled a fun little conversation about cats. I hope she's being paid as well as the service she gives!

  Nice place, had dinner at 8pm and it was good. Service is quick and supportive.
