  Went today and ordered their mini taco salad. Had to drive back around and ask for silverware. They had no forks!!! How do you sell food that required forks and have none??? Drive to Brookshires and buy some forks till you supply comes in. How hard is that. Customer service 101

  The first time we ate here, we did an online order for our family of 7! Service was great, food was delicious and neat. But every time we have ordered since, it has progressively gotten worse. The last 2 times we went I ordered the Mexican pizza. Both times it was placed in the bag first and everything else on top. The box was crushed and the food ruined. Tonight, we also ordered 2 soft tacos for our 8 year old daughter and there was hardly any meat on it. Rolled up it was maybe an inch in diameter. Ended up having to feed her something more.

  We were grateful to have a Taco Bell in this town since there aren’t many food options, and that’s the only reason we went back. The night before, our burritos were made incorrectly with onions—even the steak burrito, which the manager later claimed doesn’t come with onions at all. That tells me the onions were added intentionally, especially since we specifically requested no onions. Mistakes happen, but this felt careless. When we returned to get the issue corrected, the manager on duty, Maggie, was polite but not helpful. She didn’t seem to listen to what we were explaining, and she acted as if the situation didn’t matter. My wife received the replacement burritos, but Maggie refused to replace the steak burrito because she insisted it “doesn’t come with onions,” even though ours clearly had onions in it. I was frustrated and stepped outside, but my wife stayed to wait for the rest of the order. A few minutes later, Maggie walked back up to my wife and asked, “Can I help you?”—even though my wife was still waiting on the food Maggie herself was supposed to be preparing. That’s when it became obvious that attention to customers and basic awareness were lacking. Customer service matters, especially when someone can’t eat certain ingredients and it’s late at night, and they don’t want to drive 15 miles back to fix a mistake. The previous manager, Hunter, understood that and told us he would take care of the issue. Maggie did not show that same level of care or professionalism. Whether the onions were added by mistake or on purpose, the point is simple: the food was wrong, and the manager refused to make it right. Based on this experience, we won’t be returning.
