  First jalapeño, Sonic Burger, in five years. Where is the moist juicy jalapeño laden burger I had become accustomed to? All things change in time. 😬 And each store is different. I’ll order extra steam and triple jalapeños next time😄 The franchise was clean. The Staff was helpful and pleasant.

  The sweet CarHop saw that I had a dog whenever she delivered my order then went back inside and came back with a little treat for my dog. Very sweet of her. My corn dog was especially good as well. I will be back there.

  shout out to this Sonic and all the employees busting their butts yesterday, 1/26, while almost all other places to eat were closed due to the weather. yall did amazing and we appreciate you ❤️

  I understand due to the weather yesterday they were slow as they were very packed. But waiting an hr for my food with no updates like “ sorry we are running behind “ and to be given someone else’s order with my receipt taped to it… and still have the lady read the order back to (I got 5 meals with drinks) yet only hand me ONE BAG !!! When I politely told her it wasn’t my complete order I started digging in the ONE bag… she then states oh that’s not your order I’ll be back… after waiting another 10 mins or soo… she comes back with my order, 2 bags that look like they been to hell and back, like if they were taken out from the recycling bin. She states they have no sodas what would I like, I stated lemonades and one sweet tea as the order originally had would be fine. I requested her for a drink carrier… she comes back and hands me all 5 drinks, I requested it again. Oh I’ll be back… checked the bags while I waited…. Fries were COLD! I went on the speaker stated I was still missing items and if I could get some fresh fries as the ones I just got were cold… the gentleman said oh of course…. 10 minutes later another lady comes out hands me my missing item (Chilli cheese tots) and one small bag with a lg fry that was only filled half way…. The tots were cold! After spending 1.5 hours waiting on my cold food and spending almost 70 bucks on it I finally got to go home! This is the worst experience I’ve had at this location!!!!!!
