  The lady during ordering at the drive thru was extremely short, then when paying at the window the lady there was short. And again another employee at the next pass thru window was short and mean. There was zero kindness throughout the whole experience. And all employees I interacted with was young and unkind.

  Ordered 2 happy meals a burger & a 6 piece chicken nugget happy meal, got home no toy, no sauce, no napkins. Now I have 1 upset kid cause his brother got a toy & not him. Why would I want a happy meal with no toy!

  We went at 11am today, ordered #9. Burgers seemed like they were leftover from last night, fries cold and wilty. McDonald’s is supposed to be known for their fresh fries, ours were far from it. Saginaw needs to step it up a couple of notches!

  If I could give this place zero Stars I totally would like in a heartbeat we've had multiple issues with them with us paying for our meal and then them not giving us our food we ask for certain things and they do not provide that they're always consistently rude and they overworked their employees to where I've had two employees roll their eyes after coming back from talking to their manager because they think the policy of their manager is stupid. I ordered breakfast this morning at 10:26 and we don't live far so we got here at 10:31 but unfortunately the manager or who ever decided she was not going to cook our food and said that we were supposed to be here by 10:30 even though we already spent our money on the food before 10:30. We have made orders like this before a different restaurants in different McDonald's restaurants she just seems to have such a big issue. They cancelled our order without making anything. I won't get my money back for another 7 days. Save you self time and go somewhere else.

  Gave this location so many chances to serve the correct amount of fries. The quantity of fries has gotten progressively worse and worse. Ordered through their drive thru and door dash and the amount they claim is large fries as absolutely ridiculous. This is not a way to save money. Edit: McDonald customer service is trash. Sending automated responses, lack of accountability, and discovery on a location that chooses to underserve their customers. They rather blame DoorDash and UberEats and make them pay for the portion size issue than deal with the root issue when it is about portion served NOT delivery issues.
