I just experienced the most flawless Cheesy Gordita Crunch that has ever existed. Impossibly creamy. Perfectly cheesy. The exact right ratio of beef to lettuce in every bite. I’ve had a lot of CGCs over the years. I would bet real money that I die before I ever eat one that surpasses what I was served today. This location isn’t always like this. It’s hit or miss, just like any other Taco Bell. But today? They unleashed their secret weapon. Somebody back there is mastering their craft. I could have waited three hours, gotten in a parking lot fender bender, been mildly insulted, and I would still give five stars based solely on the heavenly bites that hit my palate.
