  We love Einstein Bagels so we are assuming it’s this location. We usually go to Fort Worth, but we’re passing by. First, not even acknowledged. I know they were busy with other customers at the window, but at least say I’ll be with you in a minute. Then the bagels were half the size they usually are and some raw in the middle.   This location is terrible. The drive thru wait times take a minimum of 30 mins. The staff is generally nice when you finally meet them at the window but by that time your bagels are cold and you’ve spent almost 30+ mins in the drive thru. I usually drive the basswood location even though it’s a few miles away.

  My biggest complaint is the staff is young and upkeep of the premises during the day is lacking. The floor behind the counter was beyond littered, it was almost a hazard.
