  This place is clean, modern, not too crowded and has excellent high-quality healthy Mediterranean food options. I also like all natural ingredients, not just in their foods, but the sodas and drinks that they serve. Definitely upscale fast food and so much better for your body!

  I had a great experience at the CAVA in Saginaw, TX. The staff was friendly, patient, and made the whole ordering process smooth. Everything looked fresh and the place was very clean. My bowl was packed with flavor — the chicken was perfectly seasoned, the toppings were fresh, and the portions were solid for the price. You can tell they care about quality and customer service here. If you’re in the Saginaw area and want something quick but still healthy and filling, this spot is definitely worth stopping by. I’ll definitely be coming back.

  I order through Uber Eats. My first time eating at Cava. They gave me the wrong drink. I ordered a blueberry lavender drink and they gave me sweet tea. I ordered a Pita Wrap but in the end the flavors competed with each other and wrap was almost inedible - I noticed that parts of the meat were pink inside which is concerning and I hope I don’t get sick from this. It was very expensive wrap and I ate as much as I could stomach but this is my first and last time watching their food. Also, my order did not have not even 1 napkin. I’ve heard good things about this restaurant but now that I tried it. It’s a no for me.

  My first time going to Cava in , 1Saginaw, TX 76179 was such a wonderful experience. Yanesis was so helpful patient and smart. He explained all of the options to me so I could make more knowledgeable decisions. In the end we had crafted a delicious masterpiece. The food was so good that I will definitely be going back for more. Thank you Yanesis and thank you Cava!!!
