- SUShannon Urban3 days ago5.0Big shoutout to Albertsons bakery! I called on Friday afternoon to have a cake customized for my daughter’s birthday on Saturday. Not only was the cake beautifully decorated, it was delicious! I know where I’m getting my cakes from now on.

I walked away to find a nearby employee and when I did, I asked him kindly but he straight up ignored and walked past me. Finally, a lady employee rudely asked for my ID by sticking her hand out for it. I’m sure she was having a bad day butttt lol I’m not one for typing negative reviews but :/ that was not very cool.

I was blessed with some leader on the microphone announcing to the entire store that his employees need to not leave their drinks everywhere, if the employees do leave their drinks he is going to throw them away. He also said that they need to check the temperatures that this is mandatory and not an option. Like bro, learn how to be a leader, get out from behind the microphone go connect with your team and talk to them individually. Or do morning, huddles, meetings, so many different options. Also, why do you have to beat a dead horse and keep saying the same things on repeat like they and the customers couldn’t hear you the first time. Why do your customers have to hear your rants on the microphone.
