  I noticed an attitude change when she looked at my receipt and noticed I didn't leave a tip. I'm not sure what was done differently that merited a tip.

  Every-time I go they close early or don’t open on time. Normally I don’t care but I’m talking hours late starting and hours early closing. Eventually I’ll get to try the bagels that are .5 mile From my House .

  Sucks to be a new location and can’t even provide decent customer service. They close at 2, I walked in at 12:30 seeing that were no more blueberry bagels left. I asked if they were out for the day at she said yes. I proceeded to ask about a coupon on my app and she told me “they don’t do that at this location” which I think is BS & she simply lied. We’re not in an airport, a college town or military base. I use my app here all the time so what do you mean exactly you don’t do that at this location? I only left it alone because of the fact there were no more blueberry bagels ANYWAYS. But this location sucks!

  Will not be coming here ever again. Always takes 20-30 minutes for ONE sandwhich… that I ordered on the app 15 minutes prior might I add. Absolutely outrageous!
