  Food was good as usual but its the other parts that fall apart. It was about 2pm and we came in for a meal. The girl working the counter was very friendly and helpful, but there seemed to be only 2 people working. She informed us that they only had regular chicken left, everything else was gone. In the steam table there were numerous empty buckets and there were pans piled up 3 feet tall behind her. We made our choices and paid $36 for 2 bowls and some chips and queso. When we went to sit down, all the tables were dirty and there was food all over the floor. We went outside but with no umbrellas (it was windy-ish) we couldnt sit there so we needed to go clean a table. The drink station needed to be cleaned up as well. The food was good as usual, but the chips were stale and bent when you bit them and were chewy instead of crisp and fresh. While we were eating, the line extended around the restaurant. We guess there was a staffing issue as the girl then told the line that there now out of rice. No meat, no rice, stale chips, dirty dining area.....what's happening here? Not our first experience with the problems inside, but at $40 a pop, I think they can do better.

  This location is fantastic. They had everything fresh and ready to go — the brown rice was perfect, the sour cream was stocked, and all the dressings were available. And I’ve got to give a shout‑out to the red‑haired guy who works there. Every time I’ve come in, he’s hustling, staying upbeat, and handling the rush like a pro. Even when it’s busy, he keeps things moving and treats customers well. Honestly, this spot has become one of my favorites.

  This location has really declined. It’s no longer as clean, the rice is often hard, and the portion sizes have become noticeably smaller.

  My wife and I used to come to this location almost once a week for years. The quality of the food was great, the associates were well trained, and they were almost never out of any ingredient. The past few months have been different. I am not sure if there has been a management change or large turnover in associates, but I have been less than disappointed the past few times I have visited. The ingredients are always empty, good luck getting chicken, steak, rice, or salad mix. Today, they were out of both rices and salsa even though there were only two of us in the restaurant. The associates appear annoyed that they have to serve you. The protein is undercooked or over cooked. We have even been met with annoyed groans when we walk in at 6pm on a weekday like our presence is a disturbance. I used to praise this location for its customer service and food quality, but will not be back.

  Visited Chipotle after a long time. Ordered veg tacos. Guacamole is darker in color. Chips are stale tacos ok.
