  If there were an award for the most unnecessarily unpleasant attitude in the workplace, Fife would be in a league of her own. While everyone else here manages to carry themselves with basic professionalism and courtesy, she seems determined to do the exact opposite. Every interaction feels like an inconvenience to her, and the constant air of superiority is as baffling as it is off-putting. Let’s be clear, having a job to do doesn’t grant anyone a free pass to treat others with arrogance or disdain. The rest of the staff somehow manages to complete their responsibilities without acting like they’re above everyone else, which makes her behavior stand out even more. It’s not just unprofessional; it actively creates a negative environment for both coworkers and customers. A little humility and basic respect would go a long way. Until then, dealing with Fife feels less like a normal interaction and more like enduring someone who believes they’re far more important than they actually are.

  我几乎每天都来这家Arby’s，已经像第二个家一样了。员工一直都很热情、高效，点单从没出错，食物也总是新鲜又好吃。 经理一边把店打理得井井有条，一边还在学习中文，真的让人佩服。正所谓：“学无止境”，“熟能生巧”。照这样下去，说不定哪天我来点餐还能用中文交流了。 总之，这里服务稳定、体验很好。10/10，明天见。

  I came in today for lunch and the staff was amazing, the food was great. But, the air conditioning is broken. It was close to 90 degrees in the lobby which can only mean the kitchen is hotter. The staff have no fans or any way of keeping cool. Which is not fair to a staff that showed up knowing how miserable their shift would be.

  Mi hijo iba por un regalo que le dieron en la escuela por buen estudiante él emocionado fue a recogerlo eran 3 combos de niños pero solo le quisieron dar 2 qué porque la niña estaba dormida y el cajero o persona q lo atendió le dijo que si estaba dormida no podía darle amenos qué la despertará se me hace ridículo que hagan eso a un niño que le gusta compartir iba tan emocionado por el premio y compartir con sus hermanas y al final no pudo darles porque esa persona se le hizo fácil negarle un combo solo porque estaba dormida la niña es tan ridículo y la verdad molestos con personas que no tienen empatia ppr los niños

  Slow service and they didnt even give me one of the sides(peach cobbler roll) but I was charged for it. I didnt notice until I got home and tried calling but phone went straight to a busy signal every single time(have seen this apparently a common issue in other reviews of this Arbys). Filled out the review online and when it asked if I wanted to be contacted about the issues, I said yes. Arbys never reached out. I will definitely not be going back.
