    Need work on their order taking policy. I just had two cars that came after me leave before of me because of something called "lane hopping", mind you I was the only one that was "hopped" before and after that there were two attendants. The employee absolutely knew that I was next in line and had been sitting there when the car in the next lane pulled up yet she went directly to them because of "lane hopping" then when I asked her about it all I got was attitude. I've been a regular customer but am very disappointed after today.

    I thought long and hard before leaving this review but I hope the principle isn’t overlooked. My wife and I enjoy coming to 7 Brew especially when they are giving away cool keepsakes with the purchase of a drink. In this instance, all my wife wanted was some coasters. Before ordering she asked about the coasters giveaway and they mentioned that they were still available. She ordered a small and a large drink as She wasn’t aware that the coasters were only for 2 medium or 2 large purchase. After paying for the drinks, she got them and then asked if she could get her coasters, the girl responded that it was only if 2 medium or large drinks were purchased. Instead of just doing the right thing and asking my wife if she wanted to upgrade the drink to a medium, she made it seem like it would be an inconvenience to them to do so. My wife is not a confrontational person so she just left. In my attempt to gain some husband of the year points, I flew over there after work and made it there 2 minutes after the deadline of 7pm. Again, instead of taking the opportunity to make a customer happy, they hid behind a “policy” stating that they were very strict about handing them out after 7. I was legit having the conversation with them at 7:02. 2 missed opportunities to just surprise and delight. I don’t think anyone would ever get fired for taking care of a customer. Especially after I explained to them what happened with my wife an hour before I went there. I literally drink 7 brew 4-5 times a week, but after dropping the ball on something that could’ve easily been resolved in my opinion, I think I would not be going back. Just a bit of feedback for the company, empower your employees to be hospitable and take advantage of opportunities to “wow” customers. I think it would go a long way.

    So I’m leaving this review and not a very nice one, because as I pulled up on this Wednesday evening, two of the employees were restocking so I pulled up behind the car that was in line. No one waved me to the other side, waved or smiled or anything, they were cutting up and having fun. And another car pulled around and right around me and went to the other side. I had already to wait probably another 4 to 5 minutes for the car in front of me to get their drink and now mine is taking an extremely long time. The point of this is if you want me to pull to the other line,because I didn’t see an employee there, wave somebody over. It’s very frustrating when you already have to wait so long to get your drink and they’re not aware enough to notice there’s someone else in line.

    The Brewistas should be lane hopping when on lane but they just stand there looking cute and not bothering to get a tablet and take cars orders. They take forever to take orders and make drinks, isnt 7brew all about speed and quality?

    I went tonight to get my favorite drink which I always get, I went around 9:45 knowing they close at 10 but I was treated very rudely and the girl working seemed like she didn’t even want to be there. On top of all of that my drink tastes like burnt espresso.
