  Was waiting at least 8 minutes while 5 employes stood there with nothing going on, they did see us as one said hi to us as we first walked up and then nothing, even tried to get their attention multiple times before we decided to just go somewhere else. If I were the manager there I would be very embarrassed to run such a group.

  How is there only 1 person working at dinner time on a Thursday? Do better at staffing your store. These wait times are absurd.

  This place needs some urgent attention All the place was dirty and the employee keeps pulling his pants up while he is touching your sub. Pretty much everywhere you can see needs to be cleaned Royce city deserves something better

  Very slow service. Only one person available and sometimes I saw customers doesn’t buy or cancel their order due too much wait time.

  I was in there on 1-5-20 at 7pm and they only have one person working the counter. She is doing the best she can but was very slow, took 45 min to get a sandwich with 3 people in front of me. They need new management so bad. I don't know if this is a franchise if it is they need it pulled.
