  The drive-thru system at this McDonald’s is extremely frustrating. The whole “pull forward to a numbered waiting spot” setup seems like an excuse to move cars out of the line while they prioritize easier orders behind you. After placing my order, I was told to pull forward and wait in a numbered spot. I ended up waiting over 30 minutes, and it seemed like my order had been completely forgotten. The only reason they even realized it was because I eventually went inside to ask about it — and even then the food still wasn’t ready. The system here clearly isn’t being managed properly. Orders should be tracked and delivered efficiently, but instead customers are left waiting without updates while other cars continue getting served. I understand that fast food locations can get busy, but forgetting a customer’s order for over half an hour shows a serious lack of organization and accountability. This location really needs better management and customer service.

  i hate this mcdonalds so much. they can never get my order right. i ask for extra Big Mac Sauce on every sandwich I get and I pay extra, they give me a baby size amount of sauce. Why?!!!! If I ask for extra, that means extra. I started asking for a cup on the side instead because I got tired of them not putting enough. Today they didn’t even give me the sauce in the drive thru AFTER I PAID FOR IT. this is so ridiculous, your employees do not listen at all whatsoever

  Its a small town mcdonalds theres really not anything special the mens bathrooms are always weirdly wet (floor, counter, everything) for some reason

  We ordered 2 20piece nuggets two basket of fries, four different drinks and one big Mac and we did not get the big Mac. We’ve called McDonald’s multiple, not even, 1 million times and still have gotten hung up on every single time we’ve called and they will not answer us anytime we ask a question on the phone and we want the big Mac that we ordered for and it was not even in the bag at all. We ordered this twice and it still hasn’t came either time so McDonald’s do better and get better workers because obviously they have a problem with somebody complaining about the food that we paid for that we did not get.

  I have been disappointed in this location since the last couple months. Lately its been a few weeks. My husband and I don’t like to always eat out. Its usually a treat for us here and there. Ive ordered for mobile pickup a few times. My husband goes to pick it up. A few weeks ago we were missing a 20piece nugget when he got back. We chalked it up to maybe they were busy and forgot no big deal we still had two big burgers anyway. Sadly trying to call this place is damn near impossible to get refund unless you waste gasoline or diesel to go back. We decided to give this location another go. Last night it was no shamrock shake. If you can’t fulfill the order don’t charge me for something that I didn’t even receive!! Say you cleaned the machine or it’s broken! Then refund my husband or me! Its annoying that i paid twice for two things and cant even get ahold of anyone via app McDonalds or over the phone for a refund. It straight up thievery taking money from me when I cant get in contact with anybody. The small attention to these details makes all the difference in the world. With all this being said, We might just make the extra trip out to fate’s location. It might just be a less of headache.
