When I asked him if we were going to get our food , he sarcastically asked what i wanted him to do. 2 customers were standing there and I told him we wanted our food also. He stopped making their food, went to the back and came back giving me go to hell looks. Like I am the one who is wrong. I asked him why and he said I'm making your food. I told him I don't want anything you make. Got my grand daughters and son and walked out after taking his picture. I am Livid!. I will be calling and getting a refund. I am also going to give his picture to the manager. This is not a place I will ever come to again. Except to show management what is really going on. 10/11/2025

She hasn't looked up at me and said, hey, I'll be with you un just a moment. Instead, it has taken her 9 minutes to toast bread for 2 sandwiches and heat up the most greasy meat for one of them(which she asked the lady if she wanted it heated after forgetting to do so, because she is "thinking about all of the stuff she has to do to close". Meanwhile telling the lady in front of me, sorry, I don't have any meatballs for the other sandwich. After seeing that she wasn't intrested in making sandwiches and how disgusting that first one looked with all of the grease, no thanks. I'll go somewhere else. I waited from 8:35 PM until 8:44, silly me.
