  Unacceptable all around. These are the “wings” barely sauced and they don’t taste like real chicken, more like processed Tyson’s chicken wings. I also ordered the cheese bread with jalapeño, there were literally 4 pieces of sliced jalapeño spread throughout the entire loaf…. So disappointed.

  The worst experience. I ordered a medium half cheese, half pepperoni pizza and this is what I got. How do I not have cheese on the whole damn pizza????? Fridays are our pizza night and my poor kids were so hungry they had to eat this shit. Then I call to get a refund and of course they didn’t answer. So I called again and they placed me on hold, never came back after 15 minute hold. So I blew up their phone and nothing. They’re lucky I couldn’t go up to the store but I’ll be paying them visit. It is extremely sad that people have no respect whatsoever. Working in an industry where some parents depend on the food they’re ordering. Making just over 10 dollars an hour, I probably would be a miserable person too.

  Picked up a Philly Cheese Steak Pizza & when I got home (not 5 minutes away) & the pizza was Luke warm. Won't be buying from this establishment again

  I usually have a good experience with this store tonight we ordered approximately $85 in pizza for a Birthday party that we were having. We met the delivery driver at the door and he removed the items out of the bag. We brought them inside and immediately open them up and begin to try and serve the kids when we opened up two of the pizza boxes gnats Flew out of the boxes. Of course, all the kids saw it and would not eat after that and only would pick up the other boxes of Food. I called the manager on site and he basically told me that there’s no way that that could’ve happened in roundabout called me a liar, he did finally say that he would issue a refund but basically made it sound like I was only wanting some free food. In all fairness, I did get upset and say a few cuss words however when you’re not lying, it’s a bad feeling to be called a liar, especially by a manager. Approximately 30 minutes later, I received another call back from this individual saying that he needed to come pick up the boxes of pizza in order to issue a refund. I felt that was extremely odd that he insisted to come and pick up pizza boxes. I even offered to bring them up there myself, but he was very insistent that if I wanted a refund that they needed to come pick them up. Long story short, somebody did come and pick up the pizzas and I really have no idea whether or not they’re going to issue a refund. I requested to speak with his manager, and I was told that he had tried to call him five times earlier so he may be doing something. Very unprofessional very rude And I’ll never order from here again, and although I’ve never done this before, I did escalate the matter to corporate
