  Ordered a Cobb salad on Uber Eats got just salad no chicken in sight. I can always count on this location to mess up my order just throw the whole store away and start from scratch EVERY single employee needs more training.

  Edit. Terrell location for clarity. Went through the drive through. Ordered a number 6 w/ a cheese/bacon baked potato instead of fries and an unsweet tea. Hubby got just a burger. Gave us the drink, waited (not terribly long for the food) tasted the tea and It had that bitter taste of mold, when tea starts to turn. The lady (maybe in her forties or fifties at the window, I tried to tell her the tea was bad and she just seemed like she was having a bad day or didn't want to put up with us. She was like "it's made in the machine" okay,.well change the tea out and remake it, was my thought but that would take some time, so hubby got a coke. Me, I ended up with no drink. Tried to hand tea back, said they couldn't take it back because they had handed it to us. Geee, thanks, anymore stupid rules? I remember why I hadn't been here for over a year. But fine, stayed polite even though she seemed put out and rude, and trashed the tea ourselves. At least I still have the food right? Wrong. The bake potatoes that I pad almost 5 dollars for and the sour cream, another 37 cents, thanks guys, was so small it fit in the palm of my hand. Had super hard cheese, just barely (maybe 3 tablespoons worth tops) on top and a total of about 1 inch of bacon. So, another fail. Oh well. The wrap was decent, skimpy and a little thin (they must be cutting back on ingredients) The potatoe however, with very little topping was also super burnt to the skin and hard as a rock. After peeling and trying to save as much as I could, it ended up being about four bites. Yep. Looks like I need to remember why I quit going by here.

  This Wendys is so so bad. Save yourself money and time and go someplace else.

  Went there not even 10 minutes ago ordered chillie and 6 dollar biggie bag. I live 2 min down the street, got home and the fries were so old I couldn’t chew them. I called the store back at 10:28pm to let them know the fries were stale and cold. The lady got rude and told me they just dropped them, I told her the ones I had were not. She hung up on me. Wow!
