  I want to like this location as it’s closest to me but it’s to the point that I’ll have to try the 66 location or Rockwall because they’re consistently not good. They ALWAYS put everything on top of the chili cheese coney’s which squishes them OBVIOUSLY!! Making all the toppings stick to the wrapper then you just have a hot dog on soggy bread. You HAVE to check your bag because 9 times out of 10 something will be missing and it’s usually a higher priced item. The wait is soooo ridiculous! Maybe they don’t have enough hands in the kitchen? We can’t help that anymore than they can. Say that or something if it’s the case. I waited over 20 minutes for an order ahead order that should’ve been ready 10 minutes before I got there. They forgot 1 of my items, I moved to a stall and they didn’t answer. Moved to the drive thru and they said they’d take care of it. Sat there another 10 minutes waiting for a JR burger…..like something has to give! I had time to eat my Frito wrap (good thing or it would’ve been soggy and inedible too!). Got home finally and my fish sandwich is just a patty at this point. My husband’s burger is sooo soggy from the ketchup and mayo that sat for 30 minutes. It’s just so out of hand as there’s an issue every order places anymore.

  Over 25mins wait both times i went this week and order was incomplete and cold terrible location. Young girls working there seem to have no experience in the fast food industry

  Twice in the past week I have waited over 15 minutes for my mobile order. Both times I had to call to remind them and they had forgotten my order. I go almost everyday and I always ask for light ice and I get a cup full of ice with a splash of drink. There is a lot of new employees so im hoping this changes with time. This excludes David, who always gets my drink right!

  Came by on my lunch. Ordered the smash burger meal and a side of lemons and limes. So lucky I didn't immediately start eating my lemon and limes as planned. Something told me to rise them to get the seeds off. The lemons were fine. But the limes look as if they were molding. I know the person that gave them to me saw it. Because I could see it right off. Made me so sick, I immediately vomited. This was so not okay. I wasn't mean to anyone or anything. Why? I do have a pic. But don't see a place to post.
