Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. Night crew sometime are not on point they seem to have no customer service. Sometimes when I place an online order and get to the location in the time it says on the app I am waiting way past the time its says and I have to call or go in, I should have to do any of those things since I placed my order online but thats my only issue with this location.

Every time I order a strawberry shake, they give me chocolate instead. This place also makes you wait 30 minutes to get your order.

I had a curbside order that no one came out for after waiting 20 minutes I went inside to find my order just sitting there with multiple people standing around doing nothing. If your employees don’t want to go outside and do curbside orders maybe the restaurant shouldn’t be doing them entirely!!!
